Copper Busbar Component Manufacturing

The capacity within the Groupe Gindre for the production of copper components is enormous ranging from small to very large presses, CNC punching machines, turning, bending and forming.

Here in the UK after considerable investment we have the ability to manufacture all types of enquiry for copper components from large OEM to small quantities and quick turn around. Our range of materials includes Imperial and metric dimension busbar in both plain and electro tinned copper.

Existing processing equipment:-

2 x EHRT automatic holes punch machines with 6 and 9 tool carousel
1 x EHRT bending machine
1 x Euromac 360 Digibend
1 x PEM Inserter machine
1 x Electric Oven for sleeving / Insulation requirements
3 x Drilling Station
2 x Automatic bandsaw machines

Automatic Punching capacity:-

12mm up to 200mm wide
2.4mm up to 15mm thickness

Inserts:-

We have a range of self clinch inserts. We regularly get called upon to supply components with either Clinch Nuts or Clinch Studs BZP.
